In this coaching program you will learn to:

How does the program work?
The program runs for 10 weeks, with each session focusing on a key aspect of NVC and heart-centered communication.
You’ll participate in:

**Homework assignments to integrate what you learn into daily life
What happens in the final session, “The Hero’s Journey”?
The final session is a powerful reflection on your transformation throughout the program. Participants will look back at their growth, share their experiences, and recognize their journey toward more conscious, loving communication. As part of this, you’ll write a short essay after Session 9 about how the program has impacted you.
How much time will I need to commit?
Each week, you’ll need approximately:
**1-2 hours for the live session (or self-paced learning, if applicable).

This is an interactive program, meaning you’ll engage in discussions, practices, and real-time feedback. If you’re unable to attend live, you can still participate via recordings, but the depth of transformation comes from actively engaging with the group.
